I've made other attempts at writing before, and trying to stay on task or on topic, but this time (maybe it's age talking) I'm just gonna do my thing - from recipes, to food photography, to my meal delivery successes, to sales in my Zazzle shops, fun stuff I see on my way home from my job-that-pays-the-bills, complaints about my big toe hurting... you know, life.
Just for funsies, here's our dinner last night. While normally my food photos are of things I actually cook, this was from our favorite wing place (no time to cook due to a board meeting). It's called It's Just Wings; they deliver through DoorDash and their ponzu sauce is crack (the carrots and the pickle and the sesame seeds are mine).
